Available Sites & Buildings Program

Overview

The Available Sites & Buildings program is an online clearing house of available commerical and industrial property in Montgomery County, Blacksburg and Christiansburg. The program is a vital resource for businesses looking to relocate or grow within our community. Properties participating are searchable through the YesMontgomeryVA.org website, under Sites & Buildings.

Properties Eligible for Listing on YesMontgomeryVA.org:

Properties eligible to participate in the Available Sites & Buildings Program must meet ALL of the following requirements:

1)	Must be in Montgomery County, Blacksburg or Christiansburg,
2)	Must be available for sale or lease. For sale buildings will only be listed if space is available for immediate occupancy by the purchaser, and
3)	Must meet one of the following property types:

	Office Space:
	Have at least 2,000 S.F. available. Property currently zoned for office use.
	Industrial Space:
	Have at least 5,000 S.F. available. Property currently zoned for office use.
	Flex Space:
	Have at least 5,000 S.F. available Flex space includes a building shell that is designed in such a way to accomodate companies needing a varying mixture of office AND light manufacturing AND/OR research & development AND/OR warehouse space. Property currenlty zoned for applicable uses outlined above.
	Retial/General Commercial:
	Have at least 2,000 S.F. available Property currently zoned for retail/general commercial use.
	Sites/Land
	Commercial/Retial sites must be at least 1 acre. Industrial sites must be at least 2 acres. Office sites must be at least 2 acres. Property must also be currently zoned for industrial, office, retial/commercial or research & development use.

How do I submit a site or building?

To list an eligible site or building on YesMontgomeryVA.org, please fill out the appropriate property datasheet from below (Please note that all fields in RED are required.

Then email, fax or mail the completed property datasheet and any other additonal materials to:

Color digital photographs of the property are encouraged to be submitted, as well as any available site plans, floor plans or conceptual drawings.
