RFP issued for 460 interchange development in Blacksburg

The Blacksburg Partnership requests proposals from qualified development teams interested in the purchase of, or a long term lease arrangement for, property in Blacksburg, Virginia. The purpose of the request is to develop an office park site along the US Route 460 corridor near the Virginia Tech campus. The selected team will oversee the development of the property and carry out the vision of The Blacksburg Partnership and the Town of Blacksburg through a public/private partnership arrangement.
