Falling Branch Corporate Park
About Falling Branch Corporate Park
Falling Branch Corporate Park is a 300 acre business park located along the Interstate 81 corridor in Montgomery County-Christiansburg, Virginia. The park is 10 minutes southeast of the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, Virginia, and within 30 minutes southwest of Roanoke, Virginia. Nearby I-81 interchanges with Interstates 77 and 64 make Falling Branch within a day’s drive of two-thirds of the nation.
In November 2017, the Montgomery County Economic Development Authority (EDA) purchased 125 acres of additional property located directly adjacent to the current EDA-owned Falling Branch Corporate Park. This additional acreage, now known as Falling Branch Corporate Park Phase II, is perfect for companies looking for sites that are 25 acres or larger.
